If you are a highly motivated Bioinformatics student, the ISCB Student Council wants you to join our team for the DREAM 2008 network reconstruction competition! The team will be mentored and advised by a senior researcher and expert in the field of network reverse engineering, Dr Alberto de la Fuente, who currently is a group leader at CRS4 Bioinformatica in Italy.

This is a unique opportunity for you and students from all over the world to participate in an international, high-profile research competition. You will collaborate and network with your peers from other parts of the world and work under the guidance of an expert in Computational Biology.

You don't have to be a member of the ISCB to apply - if you are selected we will sponsor your ISCB membership for one year!

We invite advanced undergraduate (having completed at least 2 years) and graduate students in Computational Biology and related disciplines to submit an application. ISCB Student Council leaders and Dr Alberto de la Fuente will select the 5 most promising applicants for our DREAM Team.
